
Heather Watt, LCSW
Heather holds a Master’s degree in Social Work from Salem State University and is a Licensed Certified Social Worker. She has experience working with children and adolescents in the school setting as a School Adjustment Counselor and as a teacher. Heather believes in the potential of her clients and fosters a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can explore their emotions, gain clarity, and build the confidence to create meaningful change in their lives. Heather believes that art is a powerful tool in the therapeutic process and uses it with clients when appropriate.In her practice, Heather uses a variety of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Therapy, and Person-Centered Therapy. Heather’s area of focus includes anxiety, ADHD, depression, and challenging life transitions. Heather is warm, personable, and down to earth. In her free time, she enjoys painting, crafting, and spending time with friends exploring New England.
