
Kylie Grenier, MS
Kylie earned a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Lesley University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Justice Studies from Southern New Hampshire University. She has experience working with children, teens, and adults, and has a passion for working with those impacted by anxiety, OCD, and ADHD
Kylie understands every individual has different needs, and enjoys utilizing a versatile approach in counseling that she can cater to each specific person she works with. While fostering an open, non-judgemental space, she often integrates modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Psychodynamic Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP).
