Performance+ is a team of mental performance consultants who are dedicated to supporting an athlete's optimal performance and mental health.  This includes athletes who are struggling with confidence, emotional regulation, team culture, coach-athlete relationships, and much more.

Performance+ works with Division I, Division III, High School, and Middle School athletes in developing mental skills to achieve optimal performance and mental health.

Meet Our Team

Olivia Longpre

Olivia is a graduate of Boston University's Master of Counseling and Sport Psychology program, trained at North America's top institute. Olivia is the Director of Sport Psychology for the Performance+ team at North Andover Counseling. As a former athlete, she has unique insights and has worked with Division I, III, and high school athletes, enhancing their performance and mental well-being. Olivia can support anyone who is looking to improve the mental side of their performance and is ready to start the path to mental optimization.

Emily Monahan-Morang, LMHC

Emily is a graduate of Boston University's Master of Counseling and Sport Psychology program, trained at North America's top institute. Emily has worked with Division I, III, and high school athletes. Emily can support anyone who is looking to improve both their mental health and sport performance.
