After a successful career in higher education, I decided to transition to counseling where I enjoy assisting individuals achieve their goals and become their authentic selves.

I work with clients of all ages, from all walks of life.

​

I practice with a particular focus on Internal Family Systems, and I also draw from many counseling theories to tailor my treatment plans to the individual needs of my clients, meeting where they are, and helping them decide where they might want to go, and developing plans to help them get there.

​

I collaborate with clients on their goal setting and achievement, offering homework and other strategies that result in new skills, feeling accomplished, and progress forward. I am  a culturally competent practitioner, and I enjoy working with diverse clients and populations including adolescents, adults, couples, families, LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC individuals.
