Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
We follow a structured Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) treatment modality that is designed to produce measurable progress each week. We also offer Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Brainspotting to help individuals heal from trauma or other distressing life experiences.
Trauma Informed
Care
Our expert Trauma Informed care therapists are trained in Evidence-Based, innovative trauma treatments such as EMDR, ART and Brainspotting. These approaches will help with the mental health effects of trauma such as an inability to cope with the stress of daily living, difficulty trusting and benefiting from relationships, trouble with cognitive processing like memory, attention and thinking and difficulty regulating behavior or emotions.
