Kerry Barrett, MS, MEd.
Kerry specializes in supporting individuals through the unique and transformative journey of pregnancy, postpartum, and early parenthood. She understands that while these seasons can be full of joy, they can also bring unexpected challenges—worry, overwhelm, identity shifts, and the weight of new responsibilities. Kerry provides a compassionate, judgment-free space where clients can share their experiences openly and feel truly heard.

Drawing on a client-centered, behavioral approach, Kerry helps parents and parents-to-be navigate anxiety and life transitions with practical coping strategies and a gentle sense of humor. She believes therapy can be both a place for healing and a place to rediscover strength, resilience, and hope.

Before focusing on perinatal mental health, Kerry worked extensively with adults and teens facing anxiety, trauma, and major life changes. Her background and experience working at both the high school and college levels gives her a unique perspective on the emotional and relational challenges that can arise across life’s stages.

Kerry is currently expanding her training in perinatal mental health and feels especially honored to walk alongside clients as they adjust to pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and parenting. Her warm, approachable style creates a safe space for clients who may feel stuck, overwhelmed, or simply in need of extra support as they navigate this new chapter.

Kerry is supervised by Karen Weinberg-LeClaire.
